I feel like this is very good, you are defiantly improving in your works. You can see pretty much all of your character, which gives people a good clear shot. the colors are vivid, so I'm glad you didnt decide to add a back-round or it would have been blinding instead. You can easily read the words behind her, and they dont just look like you used the text tool to type it on, so thats a nice touch, if you ask me. The two little ruffles on the side bang is good. I only see a few mistakes in there to point out for you. The eyes, are way different sizes, even for the angle. The ear behind the side bangs, you cant really see and is being taken over by a Y in the Nyan above it. The bac leg which is coming up, should probably have a toe line on it as well as the front. Other than that, great work, and if you keep practicing you could be a fantastic artist.
